Bring a yoga mat or long towel if you don't have a mat, and a few extra for props. Dress in layers because it may be cold or hot depending on the weather. Bring water, sunscreen, etc... If this is your first time participating in this group, a printed liability waiver (posted as a photo for you to review before hand but I will have printed copies) will be available for you to sign.

We will meet in the grass field area across from the play structure. Look for the purple yoga sign.

This is a donation-based vinyasa class, if you would like to contribute something for the cost of the class it is appreciated. All levels welcome.
